Ensign Friend and the Eye of Sauron

For those of you who attended the Wacky, Wild Worldbuilding panel at Chicon, Ensign Friend has posted his first WorldCon report, complete with notes about the Eye of Sauron and the lightning bolts between the moon and the planet.
