Starter Markets

I'm collecting a list of paying markets that are particularly friendly places for authors who are just starting out. I'm thinking of magazines that include editorial feedback on nearly all submissions, or that integrate a critique group into the submissions process.

So far I've got:

The Leading Edge
Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine
The Grantville Gazette's Universe Annex

[updates: October 26 - October 28]
Beneath Ceaseless Skies
Every Day Fiction
The Edge of Propinquity
Triangulation anthology series

I know there are more, though. Anybody got a link?
